  • Who is your typical client?

    Our clients tend to have strong personal taste and a passion for beautiful spaces. They often have a clear sense of layout, furniture mix, and overall look and feel - but want introductions to brands and objects they haven’t discovered yet, or the ability to purchase special pieces from brands that don’t sell to the general public.

  • How is sourcing and procurement different than interior design?

    House of Deia doesn’t make recommendations on floor plan, provide mood boards, or offer guidance on dimensions or scale. We work with your general parameters which are described in the briefing process.

  • What else besides furniture?

    We offer recommendations and sourcing for upholstery, pillows, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, appliances, wall coverings and window treatments.

  • Are trade discounts passed back to clients?

    Many brands we we work with offer trade discounts on their retail rates. We share part of this savings with our members. House of Deia must manage purchasing in order to take advantage of trade discounts.

  • Is budget tracking included?

    No, we only manage tracking for items purchased through your House of Deia membership.

  • How does ordering work?

    House of Deia will prepare a detailed invoice of approved items. House of Deia will place orders within 2 business days.
